In our work with physicians over the past 20 years, we have consistently heard their need to find ways to stay “connected” with other colleagues in a way that can fit into a very busy professional life.  Sometimes with all of the demands of office and home this need goes to the bottom of the “To Do” list and can even leave the physician feeling a bit isolated, especially if not practicing in a group. This seems to occur with even more frequency for women physicians.

In order to facilitate more effective and efficient communication among women physicians we created WomenSpaceDocs.net.  This site is open to female physicians from all specialty areas. It is a private site, not viewable or searchable by the public
